Abstract: The paper deals with the well known theme of public involvement, in Rural Areas motivating local people ίη the development procedure, round a local "Flag Theme" Ιn particular the author, based οn Nash "win-win" Model, focuses οn "Sensitisation " process , as the reaction to a given information influenced socioeconomic behaviour and therefore, pure individual strategies in the bargain. The concept of the paper is that "sensitisation" could influence the socioeconomic behaviour through a 3-person integrated information (i.e "what is the best for me, for the other and for the community"), thus leading (in its limit), pure individual strategies in the bargain, converging to the pure co-operation. The expected result in that 'limit-point" may be maximising the socioeconomic benefit for the two parts of the bargain as well as for the Community (win-win-win)- as a form of Nash Theory extension.
